Important Notice

Due to the nature of our notarial services, once a procedure has been initiated, refunds are not possible. We recommend that you read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

General Information

At Notario.org, we are committed to providing high-quality digital notarial services that are personalized and adapted to regulatory requirements. Due to the legal and technical nature of our activities, we apply a specific refund and returns policy as detailed below.

Conditions for Requesting a Refund

Full Refund (100%)

A full refund of the amount paid is possible if:

  • The notarial procedure has NOT been initiated
  • The request is made within the first 7 days from payment
  • No documentation has been provided to the notary
  • No video call or consultation with the notary has taken place

Refund Not Applicable

A refund is NOT possible if:

  • The notarial procedure has already been initiated or completed
  • More than 7 days have passed since payment
  • Documentation has been provided to the notary
  • Any consultation or video call with the notary has taken place
  • The notarial document has already been issued

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to [email protected]
  2. Subject: "Refund Request - [Order Number]"
  3. Include your full name, order number, and reason for the request
  4. Attach proof of payment if possible

You will receive a response within a maximum of 48 business hours.

Refund Processing Time

Once the refund request is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your banking institution.

Exceptions and Special Cases

  • In case of a technical error on behalf of Notario.org, a full refund will be processed regardless of the procedure status
  • If the notary cannot complete the service due to reasons beyond the client's control, a proportional or full refund will be made depending on the case
  • Administrative costs already incurred (issuance of digital certificates, prior procedures) are non-refundable
